How to Hire our Apprentices

All contractors who have signed a construction agreement (signatory contract) with the Hawaii Laborers Union Local #368 are able to hire Construction Craft Laborer (CCL) Apprentices on

Benefits of Hiring our Apprentices

• Apprentices are certified in various areas.
• Starting wages are based on 50% of Laborer I wages.
• Class hours for apprentices are mandatory.
• Employee will be available for work the same day or the next day.
• All applicants are drug screened before entering our program.
